Up and running in 3 steps

1
Mark a product as rental
Edit any WooCommerce product → Rental tab → tick "Rentable". Set day/hour price, how many units you own, the turnaround buffer and the deposit.
2
Customer picks dates
The product page shows a date-range picker with a live price and availability. Only free units (respecting the buffer) can be booked.
3
Checkout & manage
Rental + deposit go through the normal WooCommerce cart. Track every rental in the admin dashboard: booked → out → returned, with overdue flags.

Built for every rental business

One plugin, any rentable inventory. If you rent it out by the day or hour, RentFlow handles it.

Your site. Your data. No monthly fees.

SaaS booking platforms charge every month and own your customer data. RentFlow is a one-time purchase that runs entirely on your own WordPress site.

Everything built in

No add-ons needed. Every feature ships with the plugin, coded to WordPress coding standards.

Security Hardened
WP nonce auth on every write endpoint. Server-side price and availability validation. Prepared statements on all queries. Stock conflicts re-checked in a DB transaction at order time. CSV export protected against formula injection.
Dark Mode, RTL & Accessible
Full prefers-color-scheme: dark support, complete dir="rtl" layout mirroring for Arabic/Hebrew, accessible date inputs and labels, and a clean responsive layout.
Day & Hour Pricing
One product can price by the day and by the hour. Add a weekend rate multiplier and long-rental discounts — recalculated on the server, never trusted from the client.
No Double-Booking
Per-product physical stock with overlap-aware availability. Re-checked at add-to-cart and again at order time inside a DB transaction, so the last unit can never be sold twice.
Turnaround Buffer
Set a cleaning/maintenance buffer (in hours) between rentals so a unit isn't re-rented before it's back and ready.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit per product is folded into the order and shown clearly to the customer at the cart and checkout.
WooCommerce Native
Rentals flow through the normal WooCommerce cart and checkout as line items with the rental period stored on the order. HPOS-compatible.
Rentals Dashboard
Every rental in one place: filter by product and status, move it through booked → out → returned, with automatic overdue flagging and return notes.
Live Price & Availability
The product-page date picker calls a REST endpoint to show the exact price and whether a unit is free before the customer adds to cart.
Min / Max Rental Length
Enforce a minimum and maximum number of days per product — validated on the server so the rules can't be bypassed.

Built for rentals — not a generic booking plugin

Generic appointment/booking plugins book a time slot. RentFlow understands real rental inventory: physical stock units, turnaround time, deposits and tiered pricing.
